Refund and Returns Policy

This policy explains how cancellations, refunds and returns work for products and services bought from Casca E-Connect Private Limited. Where a signed agreement or purchase order with us says something different, that agreement applies.

Software subscriptions (Dristi, Cascarealty)

• New subscriptions that start with a free trial are not charged until you choose a plan.
• You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time; it stays active until the end of the paid month and is not renewed. Partial months are not refunded.
• Annual subscriptions cancelled within 14 days of the first payment are refunded in full, less any implementation or onboarding work already delivered. After 14 days they run until the end of the term.

Software licences (GoDrona GCS and other perpetual or term licences)

• Because licence keys give immediate access to the software, licence fees are not refundable once the key has been issued or activated.
• If the software does not work as described on supported hardware and we cannot fix the problem within 30 days of your report, we will refund the licence fee for the affected licences.

Professional services, customisation and drone services

• Services are billed as agreed in the quotation. Advance payments are refundable for any work not yet started when you cancel in writing.
• Work already performed, travel booked and third-party costs incurred are payable.
• Drone survey and inspection jobs cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled flight may incur a mobilisation charge stated in the quotation. Flights postponed because of weather or airspace restrictions are rescheduled at no extra cost.

Training and certification

• Cancel at least 7 days before the batch starts for a full refund, or transfer your seat to a later batch or a colleague at no charge.
• Cancellations within 7 days of the start are refunded at 50%. No refund is due once the course has started.
• If we cancel or postpone a batch, you can choose a full refund or a seat in another batch.

Hardware and equipment

• Report damage in transit or missing items within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs.
• Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery; return shipping and a restocking charge of up to 10% may apply.
• Faulty items are repaired or replaced under the manufacturer’s warranty.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. Payments made by bank transfer are refunded to the same account. Bank or gateway charges for international payments may be deducted. GST is adjusted through a credit note as the law requires.

How to ask for a refund

Raise a request from your customer account or write to info@cascaeconnect.com with your invoice number and the reason. We acknowledge every request within 2 working days.
